- •Inclusion criteria are healthy adults aged 18-35 years.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria constists of musculoskeletal injuries and previous experience with regular barefoot training (Barefoot runners, gymnasts, barefoot combat sports …). Furthermore, contraindication for participation in MRT studies (metallic implants, tattoos …) lead to exclusion. Furthermore, particpants will be excluded if they are already familiar with regular barefoot exercise (for example, barefoot runners, gymnast, martial artist).
