- •Infants born between 28 weeks of gestation and ââ?°Â¤ 34 weeks of gestation, presenting with Respiratory Distress Syndrome
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Outborn babies
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Major lethal congenital anomalies or known/suspected chromosomal anomalies
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Upper airway anomalies(i.e ââ?¬â?? Cleftlip/palate , Midface hypoplasia , Choanal atresia )
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Shock requiring at least one inotropes
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Intubated at birth
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Participation in another randomized interventional trial
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Refusal to give consent
