入选标准
- •? Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-specific low back pain;
- •?Age between 18-60 years old;
- •?Have not received any low back pain related treatment 2 weeks before the start of treatment;
- •?No intellectual or mental disorders, and normal language skills;
- •? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the patient's informed consent;
- •?Have a relatively fixed telephone number and can accept a longer follow-up after treatment.
排除标准
- •?Lumbar pain is caused by specific pathological factors, such as tumors, osteoporosis, lumbar fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation with nerve root involvement, lumbar spondylolisthesis, etc.;
- •? Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, or severe bleeding tendency;
- •?Patients with systemic infection or severely unstable condition;
- •? Those who are afraid of shock waves and cannot cooperate with treatment;
