入选标准
- •All consecutive patients admitted to the PICU will be enrolled in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who die within 48 hours of PICU admission (this is because we want to study the effect of early EN initiated within 48 hours of admission versus EN initiated later).
- •2.Patients with gastrointestinal diseases/ malformations that preclude enteral nutrition and need parenteral nutrition.
- •3.Post-surgical/ operated patients transferred to PICU for medical care.
