入选标准
- •1) Those diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis by a gastroenterologist
- •2) Over 20 years old but under 65 years old
- •3) Those with a BMI of 25 kg/m2 or more
- •4) Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study
- •5) People using smartphones
排除标准
- •1) Those diagnosed with an orthopedic disease that makes walking uncomfortable or impossible
- •2) Those who are currently practicing regular exercise (PT, walking, etc.) 5 times a week
- •3) Those currently receiving psychiatric treatment and taking psychotropic medications
- •4) Those who have a stoma
