- •Relapse cases after previous Agnikarma

- •Age below 35 years and above 70 years
- •Patients of Diabetes mellitus R A Rheumatoid Arthritis positive Gross Knee Joint Effusion Other Diseases like Paralysis Parkinsons disease severe Anemia Malignancy
- •Pregnant and Lactating females Known cases of secondary O A due to T B Syphilis AIDS Leprosy etc
