简要总结

Given the high prevalence of MLBP and the variety of treatment modalities available, it is crucial to determine the most effective intervention for pain relief and functional improvement. This study will provide evidence-based guidance for clinicians in choosing between contact manipulation and adjuster techniques, potentially improving patient outcomes and reducing the socioeconomic burden of MLBP.
