- •b)pH <7.2 ( Metabolic Acidosis ) (or)
- •c)Clinical evidence of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) 24 hrs after birth (for outborn babies).

- •b)Neonates with congenital malformation
- •c)Neonates with congenital myopathy
