入选标准
- •1. Full range of hip, knee and ankle
- •2. Knee extension more than 5 degree from neutral position, with no iliopsoas and iliotibial band tightness
- •3. No recent musculoskeletal injuries or immobilization in the past
- •CONTROL GROUP
- •1. Full range of hip, knee and ankle
- •2. Knee extension less than 5 degree from neutral position, with no iliopsoas and iliotibial band tightness
- •3. No recent musculoskeletal injuries or immobilization in the past
排除标准
- •1. Individuals with unilateral genu recurvatum
- •2. Genu recurvatum acquired following any surgical procedures
- •3. Individuals with patella alta, baja, genu varum and valgum
- •4. Individuals with history of damage to the knee joint including osteochondral cartilage, ligament, tendon, joint capsule or meniscus
- •5. Individuals with hyper flexibility from birth (measured using a generalised hyper-flexibility scale more than score of 4)
