入选标准
- •1.Normal healthy patients of both the sexes who are indicated for minor periodontal surgeries.
- •2.Patients between the ages of 20-40 years.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with any blood disorders, pathological conditions like neuropathies, laminopathies, somatic cell mutations like skin cancer, lung cancers and patients undergoing adreno-corticosteroids or oestrogen therapy which will lead to a decrease in the number of Barr bodies.
- •2.Pregnant and lactating females
