- •1.Patients older than 18 years
- •2.Patients able to understand the concept of the study and awake intubation
- •3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I-III
- •4.Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation under GA
- •5.Patients presented with laryngeal tumour requiring diagnostic or radical surgery
排除标准
- •1.Patients with mouth opening <20 mm
- •2.Patients presenting with an acute stridor where complete airway obstruction likely to be imminent
- •3.Patients presenting with tongue or tracheal tumours
- •4.Patients with increased risk of regurgitation and aspiration of gastric content
- •5.Pregnancy
