- •(1) Aged 65 years or older.
- •(2) Mini-Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24.
- •(3) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26.
- •(4) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid.
- •Pre-frail:
- •(1) Aged 65 years or older.
- •(2) Meeting the Pre-frailty criteria proposed by Fried et al.
- •(3) Mini-Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24.
- •(4) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid.
- •Healthy elderly:
- •(1) Aged 65 years or older.
- •(2) Mini-Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24.
- •(3) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid.
排除标准
- •(1) Unstable physical condition.
- •(2) Participants who have neurological,psychiatry illness or diagnosis
- •learning disability can’t take part in the experiment group.
