Assessment of the resistance force in the two different angular velocity is reasonable to evaluate the velocity-dependent spasticity. No report showed how fast the high angular velocity enough to evaluate spasticity. In this study, angular velocity of 300 per second was necessary to distinguish patients with a slight spasticity from the normal subjects.
