入选标准
- •patients coming to Neurology OPD with symptoms & signs of CTS of atleast 3 months with atleast one of the following electrophysiology features
- •Median motor distal Latency >4.5 ms
- •Difference in Median and Ulnar motor distal latency >0.5ms
- •Median sensory latency >3.4ms
- •Difference in Median and Ulnar sensory peak Latency >0.5ms
排除标准
- •Severe CTS with thenar atrophy
- •18 years of age
- •Not willing to participate/give consent
- •Contraindications for corticosteroid injections (eg: skin infection at site)
- •Traumatic/Neoplastic origin of symptoms
