- •1.total 100 ASA I and II patients with gall stone disease posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
- •2. patients who give written informed consent.
排除标准
- •- [atient refusal
- •-history of coronary artery disease/ congestive heart failure/ diabetes melliutus/ renal insufficiency/ severe hypertension/ peptic ulcer.
- •-patients on anti emetics or steroids
- •-pregnant females
- •-patients requiring large iv fluid for intraoperative hypotension.
- •-cancer patients on opioids
