•4.Presence of confirmed or suspected endocrine disease involving the somatotropic and corticotropic axes.
•5.Diagnosis of congenital or acquired immunosuppression,
•6.Confirmed or suspected congenital glucose metabolism alterations, severe liver impairment.
•7.Hematological diseases, including iron deficiency anemia due to long-term insufficient iron intake.
