入选标准
- •Married female 21-45 years age group with positive urine pregnancy test will be taken into study between 4-10 week of pregnancy with having history of following conditions-
- •One ore more spontaneous abortion
- •Elderly primigravida
- •history of Intra uterine fetal death
- •previous preterm birth
- •Chorodecidual haemorrhage in present pregnancy
排除标准
- •Patient with severe systemic disease like cardiovascular complications and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •pregnancy with carcinoma
- •pregnancy with incompetent OS & congenital uterine malformations
- •Sexually transmitted disease like VDRL, HIV, HbsAg will be excluded
- •Pregnancy with TORCH IgM Positive cases
