入选标准
- •INCLUSION CRITERIA
- •1. Age more than or equal to 18.
- •2. Admitted in ICUs
- •3. SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR positive.
排除标准
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •Following patients will be excluded:
- •1. Patients with difficult airway
- •2. Patient requiring immediate intubation or
- •already being intubated
- •3.Thoracic surgery during previous 15 days or
- •presence of tracheostomy tube
- •4.Facial trauma or facial surgery during the
- •previous 15 days
- •5.Cardiac pacemaker inserted in the last 2
- •6.Unstable spine, femur, pelvic fractures, or
- •unstable chest wall
- •7.Major abdominal surgery in previous 3 month
- •8.Mean arterial pressure lower than 65 mm Hg
- •despite circulatory support
- •9.Unstable arrhythmia or H/O CAD with risk
- •factors for arrhythmias
- •10.Pregnant women
- •11.Anterior chest tube
- •12.Suspected or documented intra-abdominal
- •hypertension
- •13.Use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
- •14.Burns on more than 20 % of the body
- •surface including chest or abdominal
- •15.Any seizure episode
- •16.Patient with Chronic Kidney disease
