简要总结

: There were no significant differences in baseline general characteristics between the experimental and control groups. In spirometry, the change in PEF differed significantly between groups (0.15±1.68 vs -0.94±1.62 L/s, p=.039). FVC and FEV1 decreased significantly in the control group, whereas no significant decreases were observed in the experimental group. The total CAT score significantly decreased after the intervention in the experimental group (17.41±9.22 to 15.00±7.93, p=.014), with a mean change of -2.41±4.74 points. However, the between-group difference in CAT change was not statistically significant. No significant changes were found in SGRQ total or domain scores.

入选标准

  • The selection criteria are defined as adults aged 19 to under 80 years diagnosed with chronic respiratory disease such as COPD or dyspnea of ??grade 2 or lower according to American Thoracic Society (ATS) standards, and an FEV1/FVC ratio of less than 0.7 in a pulmonary function test performed within 6 months of the selection date. Additionally, individuals are defined as those who do not experience physical or cognitive difficulties in using digital devices such as smartphones or tablets.

排除标准

  • Participants are excluded from the study if they have severe pulmonary hypertension, if participation in rehabilitation is inappropriate due to physical or cognitive decline caused by acute heart disease or cerebrovascular disease, if they have experienced an acute exacerbation within the last three months, if they are pregnant, or if it is determined that they cannot perform the study due to other diseases. Additionally, the safety of exercise performance is assessed in advance using the PAR-Q physical activity readiness questionnaire prior to participation; if a risk is identified in one or more items, the decision to enroll or exclude is made based on the medical judgment of the investigator.
