研究组 & 干预措施
Broup B
will recieve conventional exercises in the form of Free exercises and gymnasium exercises of Upper limb and Lower limb along with 20 minutes walking
干预措施: traditional excercises (Other)
Group A
has received Sensory Motor Integration was given in the form of tactile stimulation, thermal stimulation and proprioceptive stimulation as well as motor integration was given in the form of strengthening exercises and pelvic rocking training for 6 weeks
干预措施: sensory motor integration (Other)
结局指标
主要结局
pain intensity
时间窗: 6 weeks
pain management will be evaluated by visual analogue scale with a minimum score of zero, and the maximum score is ten in addition, zero means a better score
balance assessment
时间窗: 6 weeks
changes in balance parameters will be evaluated by the Biodex balance system that calculate the mediolateral stability index, anteroposterior stability index, and the overall. stability index. These indexes represent fluctuations around a zero point established before testing when the platform is stable. A high oSi score indicates poor balance, and the patient's maximum overall score would be 1.60.
