入选标准
- •1.Systemically healthy patients (ASA I /II).
- •2.Patients who required endodontic treatment in lower teeth.
- •3.Vital teeth with no history of root canal therapy.
- •4.Patients who had tooth with clinical diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis.
- •5.Volunteers who suffered from moderate or severe pain.
- •6.Volunteers who signed a human subject committee approved consent form.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant or lactating patients.
- •2.Patients who had taken analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs within last 8hrs.
- •3.No volunteer under 18 years of age.
- •4.Any endocrine or infections disease or had any systemic disease that contraindicate endodontic therapy.
- •5.Active site of pathosis in the area of injection.
- •6.Moderate to advanced periodontal disease.
- •7.Non vital teeth (necrosis).
- •8.Any known sensitivity or other adverse reactions to any of the medication or materials used in the study.
