•Diagnosed with Chronic stable angina
•Patients who are newly initiated on medical management for chronic stable angina.
•Patients of chronic stable angina with or without Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as a comorbidity.

•Investigators judgement about their disease status of Chronic Coronary Syndrome.
•Hospitalizations for acute coronary syndrome i.e. myocardial infarction or unstable angina within the past 3 months.
•Uncontrolled hypertension, defined as systolic blood pressure greater than equal to 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than equal to 100 mmHg, despite ongoing antihypertensive therapy
•New York Heart Association Class III or IV heart failure
•Current pregnant or breastfeeding
•Planned coronary artery revascularization surgical or percutaneous within the next 3 months
•Severe hepatic or renal impairment, or any other significant chronic medical condition requiring continuous treatment.
•Use of antianginal therapy within the past 3 months for stable angina.
