- •Persons willing to Participate and who gave their consent in writing

- •1.Age below 18 years and above 60 years.
- •2.Persons with past and present history of any skin disease e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis, vitiligo etc.
- •3. Persons suffering from any bacterial or fungal infections or any skin infections.
- •4.Who are under medication with antibiotics and antifungal drugS.
- •5.Persons with any chronic systemic disorders, persons not willing to participate.
