入选标准
- •1) Unilateral lower limb radicular pain at the time of admission.
- •2) Presence of any one of specific nerve root tension signs like,
- •- Straight leg raising, 60 degree or lesser
- •- Motor weakness at or below the level of herniation
- •- Sensory deficit at or below level of herniation.
- •3) Extrusion or sequestration of intervertebral disc at L3-4/L4-L5/L5-S1 level on MRI of lumbosacral spine.
- •4) Herniated disc observed on magnetic resonance imaging scans
排除标准
- •1)Multiple level intervertebral disc prolapse.
- •2)Previous spinal surgery.
- •3)Radiological instability at same level.
- •4)Spinal canal stenosis.
- •5)Cauda equina syndrome.
- •6) Recurrent lumbar disc prolapse.
