- •Invasive diagnosed PAH (mPAP >= 25mmHg, PAWP <= 15 mmHg, PVR >= 3WU)
- •Patients that receive a change oder dosis escalation in their drug-based therapy for PAH
排除标准
- •Patients younger than 18 years, patient unable to give consent, pregnant patients, relevant comorbidities that speak against the diagnosis PAH
