•1. It should meet the diagnostic criteria of people in suboptimal health status, good health or disease status. Disease status should choose common diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, dementia, depression and so on. Suboptimal health status should choose the common unhealthy mental and physical health of the elderly, such as pre-hypertension, pre-diabetes, mild cognitive impairment, threshold depression, etc. healthy People in good health should choose those who exclude disease and suboptimal health status;
•2. There is no limit on gender, and the age is 60 years old and above;
•3. The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

•1. Living with a serious adverse lifestyle;
•2. With any infection in recent four weeks;
•3. Subjects who are taking part in other drugs clinical trials;
•4. Volunteers whom researchers believe not suitable for the clinical trail with other reasons;
•5. Hereditary disease;
•6. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics in two months before collection of the fecal sample.
