入选标准
- •Diagnosis of PD as per the MDS criteria
- •Age 30-65 Years
- •Provides informed consent
排除标准
- •Has any other neurological disorder other than PD
- •Has had major head injury with loss of consciousness
- •History of malignancy
- •Patients who cannot withhold other medication affecting CNS
- •Abuses drugs/alcohol
- •Is pregnant or lactating
- •Has associated severe medical illness such as renal failure, cardiac failure etc.
- •Sleep on a mattress with less than 2 inch of thickness
