入排标准
入选标准
- •1.age 50 years or older
- •2.â??American society of Anesthesiologistsâ?? (ASA) physical status 2 or 3
- •3.Scheduled for elective surgery under Spinal anaesthesia in supine position
排除标准
- •1.Echo cardiography showing EF less than 40%
- •2.BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •3.Taking Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) Inhibitors or Angiotensin
- •Receptor Blockers (ARB) inhibitor drugs or dual anti hypertensive medication
- •4.Emergency cases
- •5.Absolute or relative contra indication to spinal anaesthesia
- •6.Patients scheduled for unilateral spinal anaesthesia
- •7.Patients with baseline SBP less than 90 mm hg or mean blood pressure (MBP)
- •less than 60 mm hg.
- •8.Diabetic patients with autonomic neuropathy
