入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients of either sex in the age group 18 to 65 years
- •2. Presence of at least 3 of the following:
- •Lesions at any of the three classical sites
- •Classical Burrow with a demonstration of mite, eggs, or faecal pellets
- •Patients with nodules on genitals
- •Nocturnal Pruritus
- •History of Pruritus in family members
- •History of contact with a patient with classical lesion of scabies
排除标准
- •1. Patients with Crusted Scabies
- •2. Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism and Atopic dermatitis
- •3. Known cases of hepatic, renal or cardiac ailments
- •4. History of hypersensitivity to study drug or any of its ingredients
- •5. History of any addiction (alcohol, drugs)
- •6. Pregnant and lactating women
