入选标准
- •Are aged 4 to 8 years
- •Have idiopathic toe walking or toe walking associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- •Walk independently
- •Can follow simple instructions and answer simple questions
- •Can demonstrate heel-to-toe gait on request at least intermittently
- •Have sufficient ankle dorsiflexion to safely participate
- •Can walk continuously for up to 5 minutes
排除标准
- •Children with:
- •Neurological or neuromuscular conditions affecting gait other than Autism Spectrum Disorder-associated toe walking
- •Lower limb pain preventing participation
- •Recent treatments likely to substantially alter gait (for example surgery or botulinum toxin injection)
- •Inability to safely complete repeated walking trials
