入选标准
- •Age 18 -30
- •Classical Rheumatoid Arthritis
- •Erosions on joint radiographs
- •Rheumatoid factor posiyive
- •Disease duration>6 months
- •Active disease 6 or more inflamed joints: ESR>20mm/hr or CRP>12 mg/ml
- •Failed on methotrexate> or= 7.5 mg/week
- •No anti-TNF therapy for at least three months
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes

- •Immunodeficiency
- •Inflammatory bowel disease

- •History of adverse reactions to tetracycline, clindamycin or similar antibiotics
