- •(1) adults over 40 years of age
- •(2) a forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) ratio of less than 0.70 (70%) based on post bronchodilater pulmonary function test
- •(3) agree to provide informed consent for the study
排除标准
- •(1) refusal to provide informed consent for the study
- •(2) inability to evaluate pulmonary function test
- •(3) unable to visit for follow-up inspection at 12 months
- •(4) pregnant or have plans to conceive during the research period
- •(5) respiratory disease other than COPD
- •(6) neuromuscular disease
- •(7) a person under immunosuppression treatment
