•1. All the patients fulfilling case definition of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
•2. All the patients presenting with symptoms of DM.
•3. Patients of both sexes & all ages.
•4. Patients suffering from Type 2 DM, willing to participate and taking treatment regularly and co-operating for regular follow-up had been included

•1. The patients not fulfilling the case definition of Type 2 DM.
•2. Patients who require emergency medical intervention.
•3. Patient without written consent.
•4. Patient with severe complication of Diabetes mellitus.
•5. Patients having complication which require surgical management.
•6. Immune-compromised patients.
•7. Patients who not take medicine & follow up properly and not follow advice, diet and regimen
