入选标准
- •1. ASA physical status II or III
- •2. BMI <=30 kg/m2
- •3. age more than or equal 18 years old
- •4. singleton
- •5. term preganancy (GA more than or equal 37 weeks)
排除标准
- •1. ondansetron injection less than 10 mins before SA
- •2. cerebrovascular disease
- •3. complicated pregnancy (eg. placenta previa, abruptio placantae)
- •4. major fetal anomalies
- •5. history of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use
- •6. other drugs administration before baby delivery
