- •1.Age group of 40-55 years of both the gender.
- •2.Apparently Healthy individuals
- •3.Subjects with chronic periodontitis with at least one site bilaterally with probing pocket depth of 4-6mm and clinical attachment loss of = 3mm.
- •4.Subjects who are willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Subjects using any form of tobacco.
- •2. History of previous antibiotic therapy within the past 3 months
- •3. Subjects known allergic to of metronidazole and tea tree oil.
- •4. Pregnant woman and Lactating mothers
