- •1.Patient aged 18-60 years posted for head and neck cancer surgery.
- •2. Patient belonging to ASA I-II.
排除标准
- •1. Any known allergy to study drugs.
- •2.Patient with bradycardia(HR <60/min)
- •3.Surgeries exceeding > 5hrs.
- •4. Patients on ventilator in the postoperative period.
- •5.Patient refusal.
