- •American Society of Anaesthesia Grade I and Grade II patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal to participate in study
- •Patients undergoing ophthalmic, neuro and/or facial surgery
- •Patients with eye injury
- •History of ophthalmic surgery known pupillary reflex disorders.
- •Cranial nerve lesions
- •Preoperative use of topically interfering eye drops (Atropine , Phenylephrine)
- •Receiving drug which can interfere with PDR
