•1) Patients with typical symptoms of non-ulcer dyspepsia like epigastric pain, post prandial fullness, early satiety, burning sensation, bloating, belching, nausea/vomiting for more than 3 months with onset at least 6 months previously (H.Pylori positive/negative).
•2) Able to perform techniques in the protocol.
•3) Willing to participate in Yoga therapy.

•Patients with Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric carcinomas, hematemesis, hiatal hernia, congenital malformations, liver disease, history of recent surgery within 6 months, heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, bleeding piles.
