入选标准
- •Age 45-65years of all genders
- •Diagnosed with OA knee with Kellgren & Lawrence classification of grade 2-3
- •Participants who can comprehend the given commands
- •Participants willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Any surgeries on the lower extremity
- •Subjects with any assistive aids for walking
- •Systemic joint pathologies and Inflammatory joint disease( rheumatoid arthritis , gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis)
- •Neurological deficits and mental illnesses ( Dementia , Alzheimer’s disease , Parkinson’s disease)
- •Peripheral vascular diseases
- •Cardiovascular diseases
- •Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes/ peripheral neuropathy
- •Physiotherapy treatment for the same condition in the recent 3 months
