入选标准
- •- Patients undergoing general anesthesia
- •- American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification I,II, III
- •- Age 75 years or older
- •- If arterial cannulation is required for surgery
排除标准
- •- Hemodynamically unstable patients (systolic blood pressure 60 or less)
- •- If arterial cannulation cannot be performed at radial artery
- •- Skin abnormality, inflammation sign, hematoma at radial arterial cannulation site
- •- Abnormal tesult test for Modified Allen test
- •- History of hand or wrist surgery
