•? Patients who present with clinical symptoms of lower back pain or radiating leg pain and are clinically confirmed by the participating Korean medicine doctor as having CT or MRI findings consistent with the current clinical symptoms, thereby being diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation (M51), and who receive Korean medicine treatment including ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture at a participating institution (the timing of imaging is not restricted)
•? Patients receiving Korean medicine treatment including ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture at a participating institution
•? Aged 18 years or older
•? Those who have received sufficient explanation and provided written informed consent voluntarily

•? Those who do not consent to registry enrollment
•? Those who received ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture for lumbar disc herniation within the past 1 month (regardless of institution)
•? Those deemed ineligible for registry enrollment by the principal investigator or co-investigator for other reasons
