简要总结
Association Of Forward Head Posture With Neck Disability And Cardiopulmonary Health Parameters Among Smartphone Users is a cross sectional observational study. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between forward head posture neck disability and cardiopulmonary health parameters among smartphone users. The study will be conducted at Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Mullana Ambala Haryana. A total sample of approximately 187 participants aged 18 to 28 years will be recruited based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Individuals with recent trauma neurological disorders or pre existing cardiovascular and respiratory conditions will be excluded. Forward head posture will be assessed using craniovertebral angle measured by photographic method. Neck disability will be evaluated using Neck Disability Index and neck pain will be measured using Visual Analogue Scale. Smartphone addiction will be assessed using Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version. Cardiopulmonary parameters including heart rate oxygen saturation respiratory rate blood pressure and lung function will be measured using standard clinical instruments. The data collected will be analysed to determine the association between forward head posture neck disability and cardiopulmonary health parameters. The findings of this study may help in early identification of postural related health risks and support the development of preventive and corrective physiotherapy interventions for smartphone users.
