入选标准
- •adult patients of either sex ASA physical status I and II, undergoing General Anaesthesia with Supra Glottic Airway Device for surgical Procedures
排除标准
- •Patients who are ASA 3 or 4 PS
- •Emergency surgery
- •Patients with risk factors for aspiration of gastric contents
- •Anticipated duration of surgery more than 02 hours
- •Difficult Airway Predictors -
- •Mouth opening < 3 cm
- •Neck extension Gd II or more
- •Thyromental Distance of less than 5 cm
- •Mallampati Classification 3 or 4
- •Jaw protrusion Gd B or C [4]
