- •Age 21years to 35years ,ASA grade 2 scheduled for elective caesarean section under sub-arachnoid block
排除标准
- •Age more than 35years
- •Lack of patients consent
- •ASA grade 3 or more
- •Patients with abnormal coagulation profile
- •Patients with local skin site infection
- •Patients with hypersensitivity to ketamine
- •Failure of sub-arachnoid block
