•? Healthy adults between the ages of 19 and under 85 without systemic disease
•? People who have a minimum of 16 natural non-crowned teeth excluding wisdom teeth
•? Non-smokers
•? Those who do not have prostheses that exceed the incisal edge and occlusal surfaces such as laminates and crowns on existing natural teeth in the oral cavity
•? People who can voluntarily sign the consent form

•? Pregnant women
•? Those who have periodontal disease (Probing Depth 4mm or more) or have a history of periodontal disease
•? People who has fixed orthodontic devices or removable braces
•? People with fixed orthodontic retainers or removable orthodontic retainers
•? People who have a prosthesis that exceeds the range of incisal and occlusal surfaces such as laminates and crowns on existing natural teeth in the oral cavity
•? People who have 5 or more dental caries-affected areas that require restorative treatment
•? Those who are unable to read, write, or have cognitive disabilities, making it difficult to obtain voluntary consent to participate in research
•? People who are afflicted with a disease that may affect the results or process of other experiments or has a history of disease in the past
•? Those who are judged incongruity by Principal investigator and Sub investigators
