入选标准
- •1. patients willing to participate
- •2. age criteria 30-60 yrs
- •3. atleast 20 teeth, with chronic periodontitis in both maxillary quadrants
- •4. systemically healthy
- •5. no periodontal treatment 6 months prior to clinical examination and sampling
排除标准
- •1.Smokers and alcoholic patients.
- •2.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •3.Subjects on any medication taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status.
