入选标准
- •Patients who are posted for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery and referred for physiotherapy by the Cardiac Surgeon.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with unstable hemodynamic parameters (arterial pressure <100 mmHg systolic and <60 mmHg for diastolic and mean arterial pressure (MAP) <80 mmHg).
- •2.Patients with postoperative complications and undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) or non-invasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) for a period exceeding 24 hours after admission to the intensive care unit.
- •3.Cognitively impaired, uncooperative patients or patients unable to understand/use the device properly.
- •4.Patients with inadequate inspiration characterized by vital capacity <10mL/kg.
