入选标准
- •Patients need surgery under general anaesthesia
- •1.Duration of surgery >= 1 hour
- •2.Age â?? All patients >= 20 year
- •3.Either sex
- •4.Who are willing to participate for this study
排除标准
- •1.Emergency surgery
- •2. Patients ASA grade V
- •3. Allergy to study drugs
- •4. Patient refusal
- •5. Surgeries for less than 1 hours duration
- •6. Patients received more than one potent inhalational anaesthetics
- •7. Patients received continuous infusion of propofol, etomidate, dexmedomidine, ketamine or lignocaine
- •8. Patients received boluses of ketamine or midazolam
- •9.Patients developed hypothermia <34 degree C
