- •Pregnant patients who are American Society of Anaesthesia grade 2-3
- •Non laboring parturient
- •Gestational age more than 37 weeks
排除标准
- •Any relative or absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •Altered spinal anatomy
- •Any previous lumbar vertebral surgery
- •Severe cardiovascular, renal or liver disorders
- •Uncontrolled hypertensive disorders
- •BMI more than 35kg/m2
