- •2. Glasgow Coma Scale score > 12
- •3. Duration of surgery 4 to 5 hours
- •4. ASA grade 1 or 2

- •1. Patient not giving consent
- •2. Coronary Heart Disease
- •3. Cerebro Vascular Disease
- •4. Thrombo Embolic Disease
- •5. Hypertensive patient
